Welcome to RVCare Logbook. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our app and services ("Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Our Service

RVCare Logbook is a tool for managing your RV life. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal or internal business purposes, subject to these terms.

User Credentials and Responsibility

Choosing strong, secure credentials

We do not store, transmit, or access your credentials beyond what is strictly necessary to perform the monitoring you have configured. We strongly recommend using strong, unique credentials for each monitored service.

Purchases and Billing

If you purchased or subscribed through the Mac App Store (or other Apple App Stores), billing, payments, subscriptions, and refunds are managed entirely by Apple under Apple's In-App Purchase terms and your agreement with Apple. We do not process or have access to those payments.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including code, design, and content (excluding your data), is owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or distribute any part without permission.

User Content and Conduct

You retain ownership of your data. You agree not to use the Service for illegal purposes, to upload harmful content, or to interfere with others' use.

Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to any claim.

License and Use

Your one-time purchase grants you a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use RVCare Logbook on the permitted number of devices, as specified at the time of purchase. This license is not revocable except in cases of material breach of these Terms (such as reverse engineering, unauthorized redistribution, or unlawful use). We reserve the right to seek legal remedies for any such breach.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms (including non-contractual claims) will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
