Vehicle Window


NOTE: The window is split in two parts.

  • The upper half of this window, which is expandable, is list of items.
  • The bottom half is the data entry-detail display of selected item in the list.

Select Print List to print list of List Box.

Note: Vendor record must be created for Make (manufacture) and Chassis Manufacture before Vehicle record can be created.

Vehicle Tab

  • Name: Enter a short unique name for the vehicle. This name will be use through out RVCare Log Book to identify this vehicle. Examples: 03MADP, Honda04, ChevTruck.
  • Year: Enter date of manufacture.
  • Make: Select the manufacturer of your vehicle from the pop-up menu. NOTE: A table of Vendors names is populated by Vendors Names from the Vendors records. You must have created a Vendor record for the name to be in the pop-up menu.
  • Model: The model of the vehicle, i.e. F150, LST, Mountain Aire.
  • VIN: Vehicle Identification Number.
  • CoachSN: Coach’s Serial Number.
  • Model No.: Coach’s model number.
  • Chassis Make: Select the manufacturer of your vehicle’s chassis from the pop-up menu. This field may be left blank, for example an automobile. NOTE: A table of Vendors names is populated by Vendors Names from the Vendors records.
  • Chassis Model: Chassis Model name or model number.
  • Picture: Drag and drop an image file to the Photo field.
  • Date of Reading: Date odometer read and recorded.
  • Odometer reading:  should be updated periodically so that the Due PM will function correctly. This field will also be update when you enter odometer reading as you update fuel purchases.
