- The bottom half is the data entry-detail display of selected item in the list.

Select the Vehicle Select pop menu to select which vehicle displays.
Select the Print List button to print list box.
Vehicle Fuel Window
Please follow the instruction in the application for recording data of this window.
- Vehicle: Chose vehicle from drop down menu.
- Location: Enter location purchased fuel.
- Pay Type: Chose payment method from drop down menu. Selection list may be modified, see Preferences.
- Date: Enter date of purchase.
- Gallons: Enter number of gallons purchased.*
- Cost: Enter total cost (NOT per gallon cost).*
- Odometer: Odometer reading at time of purchase.
If you need to convert from or to gallons – Liters, use the ‘Units Conversion’ button.
The following field are fill in based on data entered:
- Total Gallon or Liter
- Total Distance
- Overall MPG or KPG
- Total Cost
- Cost per Gallon or Liter
- Cost per Mile or Klometers
- Distance
- MPG or KPG
- Cost per Gallon or Liter

Vehicle Fuel – Select Line Totals
Vehicle Fuel Line Select
To show total only for selected line 1. Click the on/off button to ‘on’, 2. Select line to use in calculation. 3. Click the ‘Update’ button.
To return to normal calculation click the on/off button to ‘off’.
